1. Introduction

These Terms govern the entire relationship between Spinngo and its registered users, including but not limited to account creation, fund management, participation in promotions, use of the platform's games and services, and any dispute resolution procedures. 2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered user account created on the Spinngo platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds and/or bonus funds held within a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by Spinngo subject to specific wagering requirements and terms.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process required of all registered players.

• "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Spinngo platform.

3. Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on Spinngo, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. Spinngo strictly prohibits underage gambling. Any Player found to be under 21 at the time of registration or at any subsequent point will have their Account immediately closed and all funds forfeited, subject to applicable law.
2. You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
3. You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Restricted Territory.
4. You are not an employee, contractor, director, agent, or affiliate of Spinngo, or an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had an Account terminated by Spinngo for violation of these Terms.
6. You are of sound mind and are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable Malaysian law.

4. Registration & Account Management

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Opening, or attempting to open, multiple Accounts for the same individual — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all balances. If you believe you may have inadvertently created a duplicate Account, you must contact Spinngo's support team immediately.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and current information at the time of registration and to update your Account details promptly in the event of any changes. Spinngo reserves the right to suspend or close Accounts where information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. All Account communications, including promotional notifications, will be directed to the contact details provided at registration.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not disclose your username or password to any third party. Spinngo will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials. You agree to notify Spinngo immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.

4.4 Account Currency

All Accounts on Spinngo are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made in any other currency will be converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate, which may include a conversion margin. Spinngo recommends using Malaysian payment methods directly to avoid conversion costs.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

Spinngo is required to conduct identity verification on all registered Players as part of its compliance obligations. KYC verification may be requested at any point, including at the time of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any other time deemed necessary by Spinngo.

Documents commonly required for KYC include:

• A valid government-issued photo identification — Malaysian IC (MyKad), Passport, or Driver's Licence.
• Proof of address — a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past three (3) months, bearing your full name and current address.
• A clear selfie holding your identification document, where required for liveness verification.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Spinngo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following verified Malaysian payment channels: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Spinngo reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the Platform's cashier page and may vary by payment method. Players are responsible for reviewing applicable minimums before initiating transactions.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed subject to successful KYC verification and compliance with all applicable terms. Estimated processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) typically within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers typically within 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes. 6.4 Source of Funds

Spinngo reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds deposited into any Account as part of its anti-money laundering obligations. Players agree to provide such documentation promptly when requested. Failure to provide satisfactory source-of-funds information may result in Account suspension.

6.5 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback, reversal, or dispute with your payment provider in respect of any deposit made to your Spinngo Account is a violation of these Terms. In the event of any such action, Spinngo reserves the right to immediately suspend the Account, reverse any associated winnings, and pursue recovery of the disputed amount through all available legal channels.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and reward credits offered by Spinngo are subject to individual promotional terms that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific promotional terms, the promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that specific offer.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. They must first be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement before any winnings derived from bonus funds become withdrawable as Real Money Funds. The specific wagering multiple and any eligible games will be stated in the relevant promotion's terms and conditions.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Spinngo employs detection systems to identify misuse of promotional offers. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; exploiting bonus terms through low-risk mathematical betting strategies; making large bets before meeting wagering requirements with the intent to withdraw; and any form of collusion. Where bonus abuse is detected, Spinngo reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, reverse associated winnings, and terminate the Account.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonus funds carry an expiry period as specified in the applicable promotional terms. Unused bonus funds and any associated wagering progress will be forfeited upon expiry. It is the Player's responsibility to monitor bonus expiry dates within their Account.

8. Betting Rules

All bets placed on Spinngo are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sport. These rules are published within each game interface or betting market. In summary:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement except where expressly permitted by the Platform's specific game or event rules.
• In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system malfunction during a game or bet, Spinngo's decision on the outcome shall be final, based on available server-side records.
• Spinngo reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds or odds affected by technical faults, data errors, or human error.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Spinngo platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of all Account balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
• Providing false or misleading information to Spinngo at any stage of the registration, KYC, or ongoing account review process.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account to any other person.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Spinngo Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, interface designs, trademarks, logos, text, and data — is the intellectual property of Spinngo or its licensed content partners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any such intellectual property beyond the limited, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without the express prior written consent of Spinngo. Any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes an infringement of Spinngo's intellectual property rights and may give rise to legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Spinngo's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, or arising from use of the Platform, shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds held in that Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

Spinngo shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for any of the following:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, or opportunity.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss of any kind.
• Loss or corruption of data.
• Service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical faults, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or telecommunications providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any form of fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12. Responsible Gambling

Spinngo takes its responsible gambling obligations seriously. The Platform provides a range of player protection tools accessible from within your Account settings, including:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits.
• Loss Limits — restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits — set a maximum duration for individual gaming sessions.
• Reality Checks — receive regular notifications of time spent playing.
• Cooling-Off Period — temporarily suspend access to your Account for a chosen period.
• Self-Exclusion — permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for their stated duration.

14. Account Termination & Suspension

14.1 Termination by Spinngo

Spinngo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• These Terms have been violated.
• The Account is being used for illegal activity, including money laundering or fraud.
• The Player has provided false or misleading KYC information.
• The Player is, or becomes, ineligible under Section 3 of these Terms.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory or reputational risk to Spinngo.

Where an Account is terminated for cause, Spinngo reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is ultimately established, the balance will be returned to the Player via the original payment method.

14.2 Voluntary Closure by Player

Players may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting Spinngo's support team. Any remaining Real Money Balance, net of any pending bonus requirements, will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following identity verification.

15. Amendments to These Terms

Spinngo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, Spinngo will endeavour to notify registered Players via email or in-platform notification. The revised Terms will be effective from the date published on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Spinngo is licensed and incorporated. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through Spinngo's internal complaints procedure. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure within a reasonable timeframe, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Nothing in this clause shall affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under applicable Malaysian law.

The Platform is intended for use by players in Malaysia. Spinngo makes no representation that any content or material available on the Platform is legal in jurisdictions outside of those for which the Platform is licensed. Access from Restricted Territories is prohibited.
